Who we are
Kalie Marsicano, Founder
Kalie brings strategy consulting experience from Boston Consulting Group, where she advised public sector, nonprofit, and private equity clients on strategy, competitive positioning, and commercial due diligence. She has also supported due diligence on B2B SaaS companies at Gutter Capital, an early-stage VC firm investing in companies of consequence.
Her earlier career was rooted in public health and social impact, leading donor relations for women's reproductive rights at the United Nations (UNFPA) and supporting systems change consulting as Associate and Chief of Staff at Incandescent.
Kalie holds an MBA from Yale School of Management and a BA from Dartmouth. A first-generation college student and South Florida native, she is motivated by giving back to the communities and networks that shaped her career.
